Applications for the MCC University Program are open
Applications are open for the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) University Program, which welcomes first-year university students.

You can apply for the training in the capital until March 17, while for the training in the rural centers until April 14. The institution welcomes applications from all students who will complete their first university year in the spring semester of the 2023/2024 academic year and who have a full-time student status at a higher education institution in the given region.

The MCC, which has been operating for 28 years, also provides free sessions to the most talented young Hungarians outside the country’s borders.
The University Program of the MCC is also unique in Europe. It provides small-group, personalized, multi-disciplinary training that complements traditional higher education in Hungary. It supports students’ career paths with both theoretical and practical knowledge by school and by field of specialization.
They pointed out that quite a few of their students have been MCC students since they were in elementary school, so they participated in the institution’s entire training range. For them, the MCC life journey gave them not only professional knowledge, but also a cohesive community and friends.
According to the information, more and more people have applied for the University Program courses in the recent period, so more than 600 university students are already studying at MCC. Their training is available in 17 Hungarian and 9 foreign settlements.
MCC’s goal, they continued, is that the education of young people does not depend on their financial situation, but solely on their abilities, and that Hungarian students can use the knowledge they gained during their studies abroad for the benefit of the country and their immediate environment. Therefore, the courses are free of charge for admitted students.
It was emphasized that
students of the University Program can also gain experience abroad thanks to MCC’s talent management program, which supports students with international scholarships.
In addition to continuing their studies at the world’s most prestigious universities, students can also participate in conferences and research programs. Among other things, they can get to know the EU institutions and decision-making with the help of MCC’s center in Brussels.
They can take summer university studies in, for example, Berlin, Vienna, Oxford, Cambridge or Quinnipiac University in the United States
