Reaction Kylian Mbappe moment Emiliano Martinez win the title Best FIFA Goalkeeper 2022 highlighted. Why?
Martinez won the FIFA Best Goalkeeper title in The Best FIFA Football Awards 2022 in Paris, France, Tuesday (28/2/2023) in the morning WIB. The Argentine goalkeeper beat Yassine Bounou and Thibaut Courtois.
When his name was mentioned, Martinez immediately got up from his chair. He then shook hands with Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.
Then, as Martinez gave his victory speech, the look on Mbappe’s face was highlighted. It is said that the French striker was not at all impressed by the success of the Aston Villa goalkeeper.

Martinez moment with Kylian Mbappe was in the spotlight, because both of them were highlighted in the 2022 World Cup final. Martinez had teased France on the podium for the champion of Argentina in Qatar, last November.
Martinez then teased Kylian Mbappe several times during his championship party. In the Argentine locker room, the 30-year-old goalkeeper invited his colleagues to tease Mbappe with a condolence session. Then at the Argentina parade, Martinez brought the Mbappe doll.
Later, Martinez said that it was only a joke celebrating the championship. Beyond that, Martinez admits that he admires Mbappe, and wishes him success in the future.
Kylian Mbappe did not reply at all. However, players Paris Saint Germain was caught mocking gesture Emiliano Martinez.
