After years of rumors and speculation, Mazda has finally come out with an official statement about when exactly we will see a new model of the brand equipped with a Vanek engine, writes Facts bg.
This will happen this month, precisely on January 13, during the Brussels Motor Show. The model will appear on the market this spring.
We are talking about the MX-30 crossover, which will receive the Wankel motor, which will serve as a generator for the electric drive of the electric model. The company has yet to reveal specific details about the model, but it did share the new logo that will distinguish models with a Wankel engine.
Currently, the MX-30 is available with an extremely small 35.5kWh battery and a range of about 200 kilometers on a single charge. The drive is provided by an electric motor on the front tires, which generates 144 horsepower.
