Mazda and Toyota, companies that for some years have been working together sharing knowledge, platforms and more, today announce that they are expanding their collaboration thanks to the implementation of a new investment on the way.
Both companies they will invest 830 million dollars to incorporate more technologies in the production lines they share, in addition to generating new training systems for their 4,000 employees.
With this new figure, the total investment reaches 2.311 billion dollars, adding the 1.6 billion that were announced two years ago.

It is worth mentioning that this investment is also adapted to the changes made to improve processes manufacturing supporting Mazda vehicles and Toyota SUV design changes.

Let us remember that with all the money that has been invested, and that to come, both brands are building a new complex that will have the capacity to produce up to 150,000 units of a future crossover de Mazda and up to 150,000 units of the SUV to be manufactured from Toyota.
