Despite the prohibition, the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena authorized traffic with a male griller on some roads in these neighborhoods, in order to facilitate mobility.

– Crespo Tunnel, from the Ring Road to the return of the new Crespo Tunnel bridge (in front of the Gazel service station). Towards Torices, over the Romero Aguirre bridge.
– Santander Avenue, from the return of the Crespo Tunnel to the Santander roundabout.
– From the Santander roundabout to the Seguros Bolívar building (Calle 15).
– Section of 15th Street, between Carrera 1 and Carrera 2 (Avenida San Martín).
– Avenida San Martín, right carriageway (east), section between Calle 15 to the Santander roundabout, in a south-north direction.
– Calle 47, from the intersection with Avenida Santander to Carrera 14 in the Torices neighborhood.
– Calle 41 (Avenida Rafael Núñez) from Avenida Santander (La Tenaza).
– Luis Carlos López Avenue (India Catalina), in both directions.
– Luis Carlos López Avenue (Puerto Duro), from the intersection with Venezuela Avenue to Daniel Lemaitre Avenue.
– Concolón Avenue, from Daniel Lemaitre Avenue to 30th Street.
– Calle 30 from the intersection with Avenida Concolón to Carrera 17 (in both directions).
– Section of Avenida del Lago between Carrera 17 and Transversal 38.
– Diagonal 21C between the intersection with Transversal 54 to the intersection with Transversal 49, in both vehicular directions.
– Diagonal 21B between the intersection with Diagonal 21C to the intersection with Transversal 49, in both vehicular directions.
– Transversal 54 (contraflow) section between Diagonal 22 (Avenida Crisanto Luque), to Diagonal 21C, in the single direction of circulation of the eastern contraflow.
– Diagonal 22 (Avenida Crisanto Luque), section between Transversal 49 to Transversal 54, contraflow west lane, in the north-south direction.
– Transversal 49, sections between Diagonal 22 (Avenida Cristanto Luque), to Diagonal 21B, in both vehicular directions.
