The mayor of Sector 1 in Bucharest, Clotilde Armand, says that the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the District 1 Court dismissed the tenth complaint filed by PNL and PSD against him, made by a liberal councilor who “should lose his position”. “But I forgot that PNL ended up worse than PSD in terms of stupidity and thievery,” she adds.
“I publicly signaled on 22.02.2023 that in the process in which the District 1 City Hall requests the termination of the contract with the sanitation service provider – contract signed during the time of Andrei Chiliman (PNL) and modified during the mandate of Dan Tudorache (PSD) brought the residents from Sector 1 a damage of 200 million euros – the judges are going to hear as a witness a local PNL councilor at the request of Romprest lawyers! I highlighted then that a local elected official must watch over the correct spending of public money, not become the defender of a private company, what this councilor does is a huge conflict of interests”, Clotilde Armand showed, on Wednesday, in a post on facebook.
She added that, for this, that PNL councilor, former vice-dean of the Faculty of Journalism in Bucharest, filed a complaint with the DNA against her, Vlad Voiculescu and Ionel Stoica, “with the press and the whole lynching party”.
“And what to see? The prosecutor’s office dismissed this new complaint. Normally, this councilor should lose his position, and the PNL leadership should exclude him. But we forgot that the PNL ended up worse than the PSD in terms of stupidity and thievery,” claimed the mayor of Sector 1.
