Mayor of Mariscal Nieto denounces false account with his name on Facebook

The provincial mayor Abraham Cárdenas Romero, denounced that unscrupulous have created a false account with his name on Facebook, through which they would be scamming people.

The mayor clarified that his only account has not been used since he took office and is blocked.

In the false account his photo appears saluting, wearing a suit, with a band and medal, with his full name “Abraham Alejandro Cárdenas Romero”, which he never created.

The criminals pretend to be the municipal authority, providing a telephone number (913-943385) with which they communicate with construction companies, from whom they request money in exchange for providing works to carry them out.

This fact was denounced to the National Police to carry out the investigations, in the same way to the Facebook administrators so that they cancel it, but so far it has not been specified.

“They just gave me a picture, where they offer their condolences, thinking it’s me, they immediately say hello and from there they say thank you, then they say, you don’t know a contractor or consultant to do some projects and they give the phone to the person to call you ”, explained Cárdenas, who decided to take action in this regard.

THE SAME HAPPENED TO MAYOR OF SÁNCHEZ CERRO

It should be noted that a few days ago, the mayor of the Provincial Municipality of Sánchez Cerro, Luis Concha Quispitupac, also publicly denounced for identity theft on Facebook, through which they made job offers to companies to carry out works that do not exist.

The false account has the full name of the authority (Luis Alberto Concha Quispitupac) and photographs taken from the social network of the municipality of its jurisdiction, as well as a false number.
