PACHUCA, Hgo., October 30, 2021.- In an alleged drunken and violent state, Ranulfo Serrano Moedano, municipal president of El Arenal, insulted and threatened elements of the State Police who intervened him this Friday night at a gas station from the town of El Jiadi, upon noting the state in which he was.
In his outburst, the municipal official warned that derived from the annoyance caused to his person, he would no longer allow the corporation’s officers to supply gasoline in the demarcation he governs and pointed out: “You don’t know who you are messing with, with the municipal president. All the people from El Jiadi will arrive, you will see ”.
In addition, the mayor, who showed his face made up on the occasion of the Day of the Dead celebrations, reprimanded the uniformed men, noting that he would take them to his town “and their mother is going to split the three bastards and their patrol.”
