Depok Mayor M Idris Abdul Somad supervised in relation to the chaos of the transfer SDN Pondok China (Pocin) 01. Idris was under surveillance regarding the Child Protection Act.
The complainant is the lawyer Deolipa Yumara. The Deolipa report was contained in registration number LP/B/6354/XII/2022/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, December 13, 2022.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan confirmed Deolipa’s report on Depok Mayor M Idris this.
“It is true, the report was received yesterday,” Zulpan said when contacted by reporters on Wednesday (12/14/2022).
Zulpan said the report of Deolipa against Idris was sent to SPKT Polda Metro Jaya on Tuesday (13/12). Currently Polda Metro Jaya is still studying the report.
“We are still studying the report, it just arrived,” Zulpan said.
In his report, Deolipa told Idris about the Child Protection Act. It is believed that Idris deprived the students of SDN Pocin 1 of the right to receive a proper education.
“From November 13 to December 13, the students of SDN Pocin 1 did not go to school and teachers were not provided by the local government and Depok city education bureau chief,” Deolipa said in his report.
In his report, Deolipa explained that students have suffered discrimination in terms of social functions (teaching and learning) and moral and material losses. Therefore, Deolipa denounced Idris on suspicion of Article 77 junco Article 76A point A of law no. 35 of 2014 amending the law n. 23 of 2022 regarding the protection of minors.
The editorial team contacted Depok Mayor M Idris to ask for an answer regarding the Deolipa report. However, until this news broke, there had been no response from Idris.
