NCP back to catching hands (OTT). This time the entangled Mayor of Cimahi Ajay Muhammad Priatna.
“That’s right (there is OTT Mayor of Cimahi),” Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Nurul Ghufron when asked for confirmation detikcom, Friday (27/11/2020).
Ajay Muhammad Priatna suspected of accepting bribes related to the licensing for the development of the Kasih Bunda Cimahi Hospital. Source detikcom said Ajay was arrested at 10.30 WIB.
other than that NCP–still according to sources detikcom– suspecting that there were more than Rp 400 million in cash receipts. The money is thought to be part of commitment fee around Rp. 3 billion.
“For the time being, Rp.400 million from the Rp3 billion agreement,” said the source.
Later the arrested parties will undergo intensive examination at the KPK. The KPK has 1×24 hours to determine the legal status of the parties entangled in OTT.
