“Mayor Honors Local Blood Donors for their Lifesaving Contributions”

At the most recent council meeting, Mayor Ferdinand Burger honored four fellow citizens for their many blood donations. Arthur Rieder has donated blood 50 times, Julian Henninger, Rainer Schultis and Susanne Oberkirch have already donated blood 75 times. “There is actually no alternative to donating blood,” Mayor Burger emphatically made clear when he presented the honorees with their certificates and a small gift from the community. He combined the honor with thanks to the members of the Wyhler DRK for their work in connection with the blood donation and called on all citizens to participate in the next blood donation on June 30th in the gym and festival hall.
