A rocket has hit a block of flats in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Sunday evening, according to the governor of the region.
One person has been killed and several injured, according to Mayor Oleh Synegubov.
Pictures from a Reuters photographer on the scene show that an apartment block is in flames, the news agency itself reports.
