– On the one hand, I am relieved, but at the same time I am also disappointed, Indiran says to VG about the compensation he has been awarded.
He is currently a participant in “Kompani Lauritzen” on TV2.
It was just before Christmas 2016 that the police arrested the former “Paradise Hotel” participant after charging him with the drug offense. He was detained for a month and a half before being released.
He had the charge against him for three years and eight months, until the police dropped the case against him in the position of evidence in 2020.
The State Civil Law Administration has now decided that the 31-year-old is entitled to NOK 139,705 after the police prosecution. The sum consists of two parts:
77,505 kroner for lost salary while he was in custody.
NOK 62,200 in restitution for the time he was in custody and the time he was charged.
I a great interview with VG, which was done regardless of the compensation case, Indiran tells about how the custody went into his psyche.
