President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) responded to the excitement of residents when they saw Kaesang Pangarep and Erina Gudono’s carnival in Solo, Central Java. Jokowi joked that residents wanted to see the great Kaesang.
“He-he-he, maybe you want to see Mas Kaesang, whose body is big, maybe he-he-he,” Jokowi said at Mangkunegaran Temple, Surakarta, Central Java, on Sunday (11/12/2022).
Jokowi then expressed his gratitude for the support of all parties. Jokowi grateful that Kaesang and Erina’s marriage went smoothly.
“Our family and Ms. Sofi Gudono’s family express our deepest gratitude for everyone’s support, the main process of consent granted and thanks went well,” Jokowi said.
Aside from that, Jokowi also apologized to residents if his son’s wedding ceremony made the community feel uncomfortable and disturbed.
“And also and once again we apologize profusely if there are any people who are uncomfortable and disturbed at the time of our children’s marriage,” Jokowi said.
Mangkunegaran temple is the place of Kaesang and Erina’s wedding ceremony. This ceremony took place in two sessions.

Kaesang Pangarep, officially married Erina Gudono on Saturday (10/12). The second marriage contract was held at Royal Ambarrukmo, Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
