Actress Mayar El-Beblawi said that she had never married in secret, explaining: “My current husband, whose identity I have not announced, has previously detained me in his country and I detained him in Egypt.”
Al-Beblawi added in her interview with the journalist Basma Wahba, presenter of the program “Al-Arafa”, on Al-Mehwar and Al-Nahar channels: “His mother did not say that I stole her gold, and he was angry that I left the country without knowing it. I took my son and traveled.”
She continued: “I filed a case against him in Egypt and imprisoned him. We were at the height of the revolution. He divorced me many times and we got married many times. He divorced me about 11 times. He was the first love in my life and the first man in my life. We were not apart from each other. I wanted a divorce, so I married someone else and went back to him again. There were problems.” We divorced, and despite our problems, he stood by my side when my mother died and supported me with everything he could after I removed the womb, and he was generous to me and my son.”
