Maya Mohanlal shares 22 kg less experience

Vismaya Mohanlal (Maya Mohanlal), daughter of superstar Mohanlal, shares her experience of losing weight after days of hard work. The 28 – year – old lost weight with the help of a training center called Fitcoh in Thailand.

Vismaya said in an Instagram post that she has lost 22 kg. He also thanked Fitcoin.

“Fit Koh has no words to thank me for the time I spent in Thailand. It was an amazing experience with beautiful people. I had no idea what to expect when I got here. I wanted to lose weight and stay healthy, but I spent a few years doing nothing for it. As I climbed the stairs I literally had difficulty breathing. Now here I am, I have lost 22 kg and I feel really good, ”said Vismaya.

“It simply came to our notice then. From trying out ‘Mu Thai’ for the first time, to climbing the beautiful hills, to the sunset views that make you feel like you’re on a postcard. I can not find a better place to do this, ”says Vismaya, describing her experience in Thailand.

“I could not have done this without my coach Tony. Excellent coach. Every day starts with giving me 100% of his effort and time. He is always supportive of me, sincerely caring about my goals and encouraging me at every step, ”Maya said of her coach.

“He was there to help me when I was injured, to teach me to change my brain to move forward, and to persuade me not to give up when it got worse. There are countless times when he has shown me that I can do what I feel I can do. ”

“Yes, it’s more than just losing weight. Tried a lot of new things. I was surprised to see some people. I was able to trust myself and move forward. And from the moment I say I will do it, I do it. I would say life is changing. ”
