Accompanied by her husband, Thomas Henry Berry, and her little daughter Maya, they were traveling through their country when they suffered a fatal attack. Monica and Thomas lost their lives in that fateful event, making Maya the only survivor.
Today, that girl who faced the most painful loss turns 15 years old. Fortunately, today Maya Berry Spear is surrounded by the love of her grandparents, uncles, adoptive parents, friends and the followers of her beloved mother. In fact, she is legally the daughter of her uncle Ricardo Spear and his wife, actress Daniela Bueno.
