Former Director of PT Pelindo II Richard Joost Lino alias RJ Lino After being sued by the prosecutor, he inserted a prayer for the KPK prosecutor. RJ Lino prayed that all the sins of the KPK prosecutors would be forgiven by Allah SWT.
It was delivered RJ Lino after the prosecutor conveyed to the panel of judges regarding the evidence allegedly inserted by lawyer RJ Lino. The prosecutor said there were two pieces of evidence that were never shown at trial, but when the prosecutor examined the evidence or insage the evidence was there even though during the trial there was no such evidence.
“Please Your Majesty, that last Wednesday we did insight and there is evidence when the witness refuted on behalf of David Pandapotan Sirait there was evidence submitted through the PH (lawyer), from the witness there were company documents which at the time of submission did not include a cover letter or permission from the Pelindo II, when insight we saw that the evidence had already been inserted with an introduction from Pelindo so we saw that evidence was inserted during the trial. Because this will definitely be used for pleading, that’s why we confirmed it with legal counsel,” said prosecutor Ariawan Agustiartono.
The lawyer also confirmed the prosecutor’s question. According to the lawyer, the evidence was entered after his party received a letter of participation.
“Thank you, Assembly, indeed in this case there is a cover letter where Mr. David provides information according to what we asked for, where when we submitted Mr. David’s application there was no (cover letter) so when we got it, we inserted it,” said one of the lawyers RJ Lino.
Not only that, the prosecutor also said that there was evidence from the lawyer which was never shown at trial. However, suddenly there is.
“There’s more, not only one, in the trial also did not include evidence but at the time insight we see BB from Benjamin Sukur. Witness from Benjamin Sukur Exhibits 158, 158a, 158b, and 158c. In the trial it was never shown, we have checked on the recording that when Benjamin Sukur testified he never submitted evidence, but when insight we see there is evidence inserted. Is it true that it was inserted?” asked the prosecutor Ariawan again.
“How this? Was there an insertion?” Judge Rosmina asked.
