“The oscars from business.” These are the King Willem I Awards in the words of chairman Klaas Knot, president of De Nederlandsche Bank. Only this time no glamorous dresses and tuxedos in a crowded room, but a few business-like guests in an almost empty Beurs van Berlage. With so many awards, stars, diplomas and prizes being presented, Knot and honorary chairman King Máxima wanted to continue.
