Maxima Grupė UAB, also known as Maxima Grupe, is a consortium of Lithuanian retail chain companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria.
This conglomerate has the best capital company in Lithuania and is one of the most prominent employers in the Baltic States.
Maxima Group owns retail store chains Maxima (Baltic countries), Stokrotka (Poland), T-Market (Bulgaria), as well as the food electronic trading platform “Barbora”, which operates in the Baltic countries.
As of 2013, there are a total of 508 institutions in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria. The range of brands available in each store ranges from 3,000 to 65,000 depending on the size of the store. The organization employs more than 29,500 people and is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
