He does not escape Max Verstappen pole position for the Miami Grand Prix: one minute, 27 seconds and 241 for the Dutchman who – in terms of the Sprint – will be with him on the front row Charles Leclerc by Ferrari. First row “Copy and Paste” in a short time, compared to the Sprint that did not end even a few hours earlier. The Monegasque closed 141 thousandths behind SuperMax, with his seventh consecutive pole. The second row for fellow Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz which is 214 miles behind number one Red Bull, but beats him by five miles The “eleven” of Sergio Perez.. The third row full of orange (or rather, papaya) for Lando Norris’ two McLarens (+0.353) and Oscar Piastri (+0.434) and the fourth row also in the same color, in this case Mercedes silver: international George Russell (+0.826), worldwide Lewis Hamilton, separated from each other by forty thousandths of a second. An unmissable opportunity to hunt down vital points for Haas and VISA Cash App RB is the one they deserve. Nico Hulkenberg (+0.905) and Yuki Tsunoda (+0.951) which is a fifth row … going overboard.

Charles Leclerc tried to put an end to doubt on Verstappen’s pole position:
A last free time attack for the Monegasque who left nothing on the asphalt in an attempt to change places on the front row with his Dutch rival. Nothing to do: Max signed the pole, confirming several times (over the radio during practice and then out of the Red Bull in favor of microphones) the imperfect behavior of his car:
some kind of message (not even very encrypted) to sailors, in the sense of someone who has been chased for a long time. In other words: don’t get your hopes up too high. The other Ferrari driver also tries to attack the power right from the start of the GP
Sainz raises the level of his game compared to the Sprint qualifiers, with a third time that was significantly better than fifth on the Sprint grid. Pardoned by Race Direction for a more suspicious bump against Russell at the end of the home straight,
the Madrileian must go ahead of Perez (which departs alongside) at the traffic lights and immediately afterwards at the turn one exit

Daniel Ricciardo who with the VISA Cash App RB surprisingly does not repeat his performances in Sprint format (fourth at the start and the only fourth place in front of the checkered flag). The multi-penalty player starts from the tenth and last row (again from the Sprint a few hours earlier)
Kevin Magnussen on Haas Ferrari and Guanyu Zhou with the second Strike Sauber, the Chinese like Gasly are under scrutiny due to a break in the pit lane.
