DARMSTADT – With the 4:3 win over KSG Brandau, SV Traisa remains the first pursuer of leaders RW Walldorf II (9:0 against Opel Rüsselsheim) in the football district Oberliga Darmstadt/Groß-Gerau. Thanks to the 7-0 win at TSV Wolfskehlen, SG Arheilgen’s chances of staying in the league have improved.
TSV Wolfskehlen – SG Arheilgen 0:7 (0:1). The Riedstadt team was able to keep the deficit within limits in the first 45 minutes before the Arheilger team acted more consistently. Goals: 0-1 Laghouali (15′), 0-2 Karpenstein (53′), 0-3 Schmitt (57′), 0-4 Schmitt (61′), 0-5 Sachs (79′), 0-6 Zeising (84′), 0:7 Karpenstein (87′).

Due to the weather, only one game was played in the district Oberliga Dieburg/Odenwald. In the relegation round, SG Ueberau scored an important 5:3 (3:1) win against TV Fränkisch-Crumbach. As the game progressed, Ueberau got a better handle on the game and won after goals from Geier (11’/32′), Kleiser (23’/41′) and Puhl (75′). Andreozzi (41st/86th) and Scriba (72nd/penalty) could only shorten the gap for the guests. “We made five goals out of five chances. It doesn’t get any better than that,” said Ueberau’s spokesman Heiko Blass.
