Earlier this autumn, the brand new TV 2 program “Kokkeskolen med Truls og Hellstrøm” premiered.
Maud Angelica Behn (20) is among those who work to convince the “teachers” that she is the best at cooking.
– Never seen before
Behn already managed to make headlines in one of the first episodes, when she served a fried beer pasta. Now the 20-year-old tells more Here and now that she felt like the most inexperienced in the program.
– It’s fun to try, fail and learn. The fear of failing can often hold us back and cause us to miss a lot of things, she says to Here and Now.

Behn can also reveal that she has managed to trigger some fire alarms in connection with cooking in the past, but that this has calmed down after the recording.
The 20-year-old does not hide that she is proud of her new skills.
– I don’t know if I should reveal how good I was in the show, but my friends have liked some of the things I’ve made. So I’m very proud. My mother is also pleasantly surprised by my food, she says to Her og Nå.

It may seem that the new abilities have surprised friends and family alike.
– Mum was very worried when she heard I was going to take part in this. Then it’s even more fun to surprise!

She has also previously been open to Se og Hør that the TV participation made a difference for her.
– A year ago I never cooked. I thought it was boring and couldn’t do it, but now I think it’s really fun. I have cooked for my family and they have enjoyed the food. It’s nice to spend time cooking and give it to someone you love, she said.
– I also now dare to try dishes I might not have dared to try before. I have been inspired, and will definitely invite people to dinner parties in the future, she added.
