Juventus Turin announced this Friday the positive control for Covid-19 of its Dutch central defender Matthijs De Ligt (21). He is the third player of the Italian champions to contract the virus this week after Brazilian defender Alex Sandro and Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado.
De Ligt was placed in solitary confinement, while Juventus, 4th in Serie A, seven points behind AC Milan (with one game less), receives Sassuolo on Sunday (8.45 p.m.).
