Matthias Leube Joins neoshare as Chief Revenue Officer – Driving Digital Transformation in Real Estate Financing – May 1, 2024

Matthias Leube, previously CEO at Colliers Germany, will join the board of neoshare, the market-leading SaaS platform for large-volume project and real estate financing, from May 1, 2024. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), he will be responsible for the fintech’s marketing and sales departments. Together with neoshare, Leube wants to advance digitalization in the credit and real estate industry.

As a board member at neoshare, Leube will be responsible for the areas of consulting, sales, customer service, support and marketing.

Leube was most recently CEO of the real estate consulting company Colliers, which he successfully managed for almost seven years. Before joining Colliers, he led the German real estate business of AXA Investment Managers for six years. Previously, he was Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and was responsible for Corporate Real Estate in EMEA. At the beginning of his career, Leube worked at JLL for eleven years in various senior positions and most recently as Managing Director.
