LONDON – The British Minister of Health caught red-handed with his lover: this morning on Sun publish photos of Matt Hancock, the man who handled the pandemic in Britain, while he grabs and kisses his closest adviser, especially in the offices of the ministry. The 42-year-old minister is married, as is his assistant, the 43-year-old millionaire lobbyist Gina coladangelo: it is a scandal that in all likelihood will cost Hancock his seat but which risks destabilizing the entire government of Boris Johnson.
The images are unambiguous and they were filmed by CCTV cameras: the minister is seen in his office checking the corridor outside before closing the door; after which Gina arrives and the two launch into a passionate embrace. According to Sun, the relationship between the two was known to everyone in the ministry and was also commented on in chats on Whatsapp. Gina Coladangelo is the mother of three children and is the communications director of Oliver Bonas, the fashion brand founded by her husband, Oliver Tress, as well as a director of the lobbying agency Luther Pendragon: Hancock, who has known her since the days of university in Oxford, recently appointed her as a consultant to the Department of Health. But there are many errors attributed to Hancock for the management of the early stages of the pandemic: from the decision to transfer the elderly from hospitals to retirement homes to the chaos of the tracking system to the waste in procuring protective equipment for healthcare personnel.

However Boris Johnson he has always defended him, even though former super-adviser Dominic Cummings revealed that the premier privately called the minister “fucking denied” (and even the queen called Hancock “the poor man”). It remains to be seen who the “little hand” who sent the sensational images to the Sun is: but the fact is that in recent times Cummings, the former “Rasputin” ousted from Downing Street and who has sworn revenge, has taken a cannonade Hancock in all ways. And there are those who believe that the fire on the Minister of Health is just a maneuver to destabilize the entire government and target Boris himself. What at first glance seems like a “pink” scandal actually opens a very delicate game in London.
