Mathias Grabner is the new state representative for the voluntary fire brigades (LB FF) in Berlin. He succeeds Lutz Großmann, who has retired.
Grabner has been a member of the Berlin-Weissensee volunteer fire brigade since 2015. After his election, he was officially appointed by Secretary of State for the Interior Christian Hochgrebe. His predecessor Lutz Großmann had been active in the volunteer fire brigade since 1977. Großmann had held the post of LB FF since 2011.
