Matheu Hinzen surprises weekly market visitors with concert

It was pleasantly busy today during the weekly market in Weert. The public was surprised today with a concert from the St. Martintustoren.

While shopping there was music from the tower. This in the context of the annual Carillon Concerts. Today Matheu Hinzen was allowed to climb the tower of the Martinuskerk as a special guest to give a short performance together with city carillonneur Frank Steijns.

At the bottom of the tower, the fans were ready to take a picture with Matheu.

By the way, Matheu will also come with his first show on October 9th at 2 pm and 4.30 pm to the Munttheater. Despite his young age, Matheu Hinzen from Weert has been in the spotlight for more than 7 years. From leading roles in major cinema films to winning the ‘Junior Song Contest’, and from hit singles to, last October, a real Televizier star for the series ‘De Zomer Van Zoë’.
