“Yes, quitting entertainment is a change, yes, it’s like you don’t want to be interviewed by journalists anymore and you don’t want to do films anymore. That’s a very drastic change,” said Haidar or Popon, Mat Solar’s son in the Jalan Captain Tendean area. , South Jakarta.
“Since he finished, he left the Pilgrim Porridge Pilgrimage, he doesn’t want to anymore, he’s tired of playing soap operas,” he explained.
Mat Solar decided to stop filming in 2013. At that time, Mat Solar started a fishing business related to his hobby. It’s a shame that this business has been pushed aside by the toll road project.
“In the past there was fishing at home, making fishing, my father really liked fishing, now I don’t. There was Adul too, he liked fishing at my father’s place,” recalled Haidar.
“The fishing was evicted by the toll road. Now most of the businesses are rented, there are lots of businesses,” he said.
Rent money is one that is relied on by Food Solar as income. Mat Solar at this time also couldn’t do much.
“So, now my father is only in a wheelchair, or if he doesn’t lie down, he’s speechless. He doesn’t even watch TV anymore, doesn’t play on his cell phone,” explained Haidar.
