PT Maswindo Aswin Yanuar’s Bumi Mas is currently in the spotlight of many people after being flooded with protests on social media. A number of partners and clients claim that the company has lost up to IDR 29 billion.
This was revealed by the lawyer and attorney for the victim Maswindo, Sapto Dewi Trianawati. The woman who is familiarly called Yana said that Maswindo’s partners were the first to report this to the police because they felt aggrieved.
“At that time I invited my clients to report in positions of 39 branch heads, no customers yet, on December 16, 2022. With those 39 branches, the nominal loss reached IDR 29 billion,” said Yana, when contacted detikcomTuesday (7/2/2023).
Over time, the number of clients has grown to approximately 59 clients, 7 of whom are Maswindo customers. The complaints also varied, ranging from consumers whose houses had not been worked on at all, stagnation, to refunds that had not been disbursed.
Making losses for partners and clients of up to tens of billions, it is known that Aswin Yanuar as the owner of PT Maswindo Bumi Mas himself is one of the crazy rich figures from Surabaya who has hundreds of billions of rupiah in assets. This was revealed in the TransTV crazy rich show.
“We will bring in crazy rich easily who have total assets and wealth of hundreds of billions who are known to often share houses and renovate houses for free,” explained the voice over statement at the event.
In addition, during the event, the hosts explained that Aswin currently has around 500 subsidiary companies with 500 thousand employees. “At the age of 32, he already has 500 subsidiaries and 500 thousand employees,” explained the hosts.
Furthermore, Maswindo’s boss is known to live in a 1,000 square meter house with 2 floors where the house paint is painted with two floors whose house paint is coated with gold and original Swarovski crystals as ornaments.
As according to the boss’s confession Maswindo in the event, the house was estimated at Rp. 8.5 billion. “If the market is above 10 (Rp. 10 billion), we only do this while selling it for Rp. 8.5 billion,” said Aswin
