Ingenious, exciting, innovative in their nature, but strict in form, challenging for the performer and bringing incomparable pleasure to the listener – these are the works included in the program of the “Masterpieces of Bach” concert.
Aapo Hakkinen and friends will captivate the senses of the metropolitan audience with emblematic baroque works. On stage, in addition to the distinguished harpsichordist from Finland, there will also be the Bulgarian baroque specialists Zefira Valova – violin and Dimitar Marinkev – flute, the violinist with a marked interest in the old repertoire Dora Asterstad, also of Bulgarian origin, and the already outstanding young talents Teodora Atanasova – cello and Velyan Vankov – viola.
