– Check culinary preparations (quality, taste, presentation, etc.) Respect production, use of materials and cleaning procedures.

– Have knowledge of food hygiene, dietetics and ergonomics.

– Know the rules for managing food stocks, procurement, expiry criteria, rules for conservation, packaging and assembly of products.

Soft skills: rigorous, organized, precise and methodical, you know how to be versatile and efficient within a catering service. You are keen and know how to meet deadline requirements. You have good interpersonal skills and know how to work in a team.
Qualification level: CAP Cuisine, Bac pro Catering, BEP Catering and hotel trades, BP Cook.
Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
The timetable drawn up by the high school management can be modified according to the necessity and needs of the service.
