More than 11,000 documents for sale in batches or individually between 1 and 3 €, including 4,500 CDs this year, the public came in force (6,000 sales) and has increased every year for 8 years. Novels, thrillers, comics, mangas, documentary books, magazines, science fiction, history… The three media libraries in the town helped empty their shelves to be able to better fill them with new releases. Everyone can find what they are looking for and comes with shopping carts and large sturdy bags. With a maximum of 30 documents per person, there is enough to satisfy their literary dreams for several months at very low prices. This explains why we sometimes also come from surrounding towns to queue in front of the large Jean-Prévost vessel well before opening time. This day is like a back-to-school party with its discoveries, its activities without forgetting the normal activities of the media library.

Bron – “We Can Be Heroes”, the concert of the day
At break time, on the square in front of the Media Library, the small troupe of “We Can Be Heroes”* gave their last concert of the season. The public was able to see them at Curial Square and was there again for their final performance: 15 “air-singers” in a square, each with a mute microphone and pop or rap blasting through the speakers for a performance striking. In the skin of a song, each participant carried by the words, the rhythms, transmits their emotions to the spectators through the magic of postures: a successful project.
