More than 15 thousand children from zero to 13 years of age in the municipality of Cela, province of Cuanza Sul, will benefit from birth registration, as part of a massive campaign taking place from October this year to April 2024, he learned, this Thursday, ANGOP. The information was provided by the campaign coordinator, Domingos Lisboa Viegas, adding that during the activity, promoted within the scope of the Integrated Program for Local Development and Combating Poverty, more than 7 thousand and 500 citizens will benefit, for the first time, from the ticket identity.
According to him, the campaign aims to guarantee citizenship to citizens and bring Justice sector services closer to the population. He informed that 14 brigades will be set up in various locations in the municipality, appealing to neighborhood coordinators, sobas, religious leaders and traditional authorities to mobilize the population for the success of the program. The municipality of Cela has an estimated population of 226,220 inhabitants, distributed across the communes of Sanga, Kissanga Kungo and Wako-Kungo.
