The National Police carried out this morning a operation against drug trafficking with eleven simultaneous searches in homes on the Murcian and Alicante coast that has resulted in at least ten detainees.
The Narcotics Brigade has registered houses in San Pedro del Pinatar and Cartagenaspecifically in the neighborhoods of Santa Lucía and Lo Campano, where at least two people have been arrested.
In addition, according to sources close to the case, In San Pedro del Pinatar the agents have intervened a large truck where marijuana was being dried belonging to a criminal organization dedicated to the trafficking of various types of drugs.
Within the framework of this anti-drug macro-operation, the National Police has also carried out raids on the Alicante city and the towns of Elche and Crevillente. In all, at least ten people have been arrested.
The operation is still open and Police do not rule out further arrests.
