The Massilia Sound system group, so awaited by the Guinguettes de l’Auzon festival-goers in Carpentras, is setting fire from the banks during this first evening.
More than 3,000 people dance to the sound of the famous Occitan ragga group.
The evening will end with Jahkasa, from 11:45 p.m. to 1 a.m. An artist in the register of African reggae crossed with Jamaican reggae.
Tomorrow’s program
Tomorrow, the festival promises to be just as festive with once again the presence of the sound buffet followed by La Perla, from 7.15 p.m. to 8 p.m., a group of musicians with Afro-Colombian culture and messages of freedom, justice and of joy, resulting in true Girl Power. It will continue with Allee & Mourad Musset, from 8:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., a duet mixing humor, love and fight in their songs. Then the group Cumbia Chicharra who know how to set the stage on fire with their frenzied rhythms, from 9:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
And finally, the weekend will end in style until 12:45 a.m., with the Neg’Marrons duo made up of Jacky and Ben-J, with a varied musical register, from Hip-Hop to Reggae via the Caribbean. They are back this time with a new album.
