Gunmen from a gang known as “Gran Griff” shot at least 70 people with automatic weapons as they swept through a Haitian city, a spokesman for the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights said. United for Refugees today, quoted by Reuters, said BTA.

In an audio message posted on social media, the torturer Gran Griffo Luxon Elan, who was sanctioned by the United Nations last month, said that the responsibility for the attacks was with the state and the -victim, and he accused local residents of standing as “his soldiers”. Local media reported yesterday that thousands of Pont-Sond residents had gone to the coastal town of Saint-Marc.
