This Monday afternoon, a mass was held at the Cathedral of Chillán for the rest of the second sergeant of the Carabineros Rita Olivares Raio, who died early this Sunday morning in the middle of an operation by the institution.

It’s okay when it’s the result of impotence, rage, and the bewilderment that violence arouses. We are glad that Parliament is now beginning to speed up the processing of laws that apparently are necessary to fight crime more vigorously,” Bishop Sergio Pérez de Arce indicated.
From the Carabineros, General María Teresa Araya said at the Cathedral that “my words are of gratitude for all the people who participated in the mass, for this community of Ñuble that we carry in our hearts. Today we lost a great colleague, a woman, a worker, with two adolescent children who long to say goodbye to her mother on a day when one does not know if she is going to return home ”.
