At least nine people were wounded — none of them critically — in a shooting outside a Cincinnati, Ohio, bar on Sunday, police said, the Associated Press reported.

The shooting took place in front of the bar “Mr. Pitiful” in a neighborhood popular with night clubs. Most of the victims suffered wounds to the lower body, Cincinnati police Lt. Col. Mike John told reporters.

All nine people treated have been released, a hospital spokesman told The Cincinnati Inquirer.
One officer fired one shot at a suspect who fled the scene, but it was unclear if that person was hit.

“What I can tell you is that the person he shot at was actively firing a firearm at the time,” John said. The suspect fled the scene.
Police said a fight broke out between two groups, and officers saw at least two of those involved brandishing firearms and shooting at each other, media reported.

Another shooting in a neighboring neighborhood injured two people, but John said it was unclear if the two shootings were related.
