The growth of new infections is worrying

Mass inspections for compliance with covid measures begin this morning in the resorts on the southern Black Sea coast. Representatives of the RHI, the Food Agency and the police will monitor compliance with the restrictions. Controls are tightening due to the alarming growth of those infected on the Black Sea coast this summer.

In Sozopol, early in the morning, the teams of RHI-Burgas and the police checked whether the COVID measures are observed in retail outlets, restaurants, drinking establishments and hotels. The measures were tightened due to the growth of those infected at sea this summer. The main violations are related to not wearing masks and lack of distance between tables and chairs.

They are tightening the control over the observance of the measures against COVID-19 on the Southern Black Sea coast

The fines for the violators range from BGN 300 to BGN 1,000. And the inspections in the resorts on the Southern Black Sea coast will continue throughout the week.
