Boyko Nachev, director of the “Information and Administrative Services” Directorate, reported on BTV about three cases in which vandals sought out the municipality to pay for the property they damaged.
He was commenting on last week’s mass fight in front of a disco over a girl.

An example of this is the incident with the Albanian students who damaged lights from the Christmas decorations and the tree in the square. The positive thing is that when they sober up and see on social media and in the media what they have done, they come and want to pay for the damaged property.
We refer the personnel to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court according to their competence. If the video that was made, we change the criminal code that it is legal, it will be useful.
“There are three cases already in which they come and want to pay for the damage – the Albanian students, two boys who damaged the Christmas lights, and one citizen who damaged the Christmas tree,” he revealed.
