EA has the performance details for Mass Effect Legendary Edition. The game appears to have a significant performance boost on the Xbox Series X.
As we already know, Mass Effect Legendary Edition will be released soon on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is a bundle of the three original Mass Effect games, with all of the DLC released for it. The game will receive a graphical update, but also a performance boost.
Players will be given a choice in which mode they wish to play the game. Publisher EA has the choices favor quality on favor framerate mentioned. As the names indicate, the player has the choice to play the game with better graphics or with a better frame rate. Players will generally be able to expect 30fps if they choose to play the game with better graphics, except on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X; there players will be able to play the game at 60 or 120 fps.
If players opt for a better frame rate, they can expect 60 fps on all platforms except Xbox Series X. There you can play the Mass Effect Legendary Edition at 120 fps, which is a significant boost compared to PlayStation 5. For those who prefer it choosing to play Mass Effect Legendary Edition on PC, they can expect the game to reach 240 fps with a refresh rate of 240hz.
