Mason Mount already said goodbye to Chelseaahead of the move to Manchester United. It was only a short time before he was introduced as a MU player.
Mount has reportedly accepted and agreed to the contract proposed by Manchester United. He will move with a transfer value of 55 million pounds, plus an additional 5 million in bonuses.
Joining Chelsea since the age of six, Mount made the difficult decision to leave the club that made his name. But he has indeed started to be left behind in the team since last season and feels that the opportunity from MU has come at the right time.

“I have made the decision to leave Chelsea. I feel you deserve more than a written statement, so I want to tell you in person how grateful I am for your support over the last 18 years,” Mount said in a farewell video to Chelsea fans.
“I know some of you will not be happy with my decision. But this is the right move for me at this point in my career,” he added.
MU is serious about pursuing Mount. They made bids twice, all of which were rejected by Chelsea, until they finally accepted their third proposal.
