The NRK program “Maskorama” took Norway by storm in the autumn of 2020, and became for many a bright spot in an otherwise corona-ridden everyday life.
In the following years, millions of Norwegians sat down in front of the TV screen to guess which celebrities were hiding behind the various masks.
Responding to the rumours
It is not only in this country that the guessing game is in full swing, viewers and audiences in Germany are also eager to reveal the identity of the participants.

During the broadcast on Saturday, several people probably had their coffee stuck in their throats when the “Kiwi” costume was to perform their song.

According to the plan, only one contestant has to throw away the mask for each broadcast, but this time there was a double mask reveal – one of which was anything but planned. It is written in German Bild.
“Kiwi”, which in this context is a bird, was the first to appear before the jury of Ruth Moschner (47), Alvaro Soler (32) and guest jury Heiner Lauterbach (70). It performed the song “She’s like the wind” – and of course with an ever-so-small gust or two on stage.
The wind, on the other hand, was no advantage for the “Maskorama” participant, who eventually experienced many people’s nightmares, namely that the mask slipped off his head.

It happened for less than a second, but observant viewers have already found out who was hiding behind the mask. During the broadcast, you could see something of the face of actor Uwe Ochsenknecht (67), who now abounds in social media.

Despite the mask slip, the 67-year-old was still voted on by the viewers, and it was the “Fire Extinguisher” that had to thank for it. Behind the mask was the model Eva Padberg (43) who hid.
