Masked Singer Stuns Viewers with Double Elimination
Friday night’s episode of The Masked Singer on RTL 4 kept viewers on the edge of their seats with a double elimination adn some surprising reveals. Eight costumed singers battled it out in a series of duets, with only six advancing to next week’s semi-final.
The competition was fierce, with singers collaborating and competing together. In the first duet, Hedgehog triumphed over Maan, while Mammoet edged out Marmot in the second.The losing singers, Maan and Marmot, then faced off in a nail-biting duel, with Marmot ultimately securing a spot in the semi-finals.
Maan’s Identity Revealed: A Shocking Surprise
The unmasking of Maan sent shockwaves through the panel. Panelist Monica commented, “This is a very good singer,” while Buddy also had a specific singer in mind. other guesses included Candy Dulfer, Angela schijf, and Jacqueline Goveart. Though, it was Monica Geuze and Buddy Vedder who correctly identified the singer under the mask: numidia! Their correct guess elicited a wildly enthusiastic reaction.
Following two more duets,the final showdown came down to Cyclops and Baboon. After a powerful performance of “Survivor,” Baboon secured the audience’s vote, leaving the colorful cyclops to face the music – and the unmasking.
Cyclops’ Identity: A Familiar Face
The panel’s guesses for Cyclops included Leonie ter Braak and Vivienne van den Assem. The tension was palpable as the reveal approached,with panelist Carlo Boszhard,who knows Vivienne well,visibly anxious. Ultimately, the Cyclops mask came off to reveal Vivienne van den Assem, prompting an apology from boszhard for his incorrect guess.
