Masha Efrosinina Reveals Her Nutritional Rules for Healthy Eating and Weight Maintenance

Efrosinina: My ideal plate always contains protein, fats, a lot of vegetables and some carbohydrates

Ukrainian presenter Masha Efrosinina tries not to overeat while eating. She talks about this and her other nutritional rules. told January 11 on Instagram Stories.

According to Efrosinina, she refused:

  • sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup and custards;
  • any products made from flour – dumplings, pastries, cakes, whites;
  • Sahara;
  • red meat.

The presenter admitted that if she wants something sweet, she tries to eat so-called healthy sweets without added sugar.

“My ideal plate has protein, fat, lots of vegetables and some carbohydrates,” she said.

According to Efrosinina, she maintains weight if she completely excludes alcohol and sweets from her diet. The presenter noted that she drinks a lot of water and herbal teas.

44-year-old Efrosinina has been working on television since the age of 19, collaborated with various channels, played in the theater, and acted in films.

The presenter leads a healthy lifestyle, does Pilates and adheres to healthy eating rules.

In the summer of 2023, Efrosinina admitted in a new episode of the YouTube show “Growing Girls” that at the age of 21 she tried to cure herself of excess weight.
