Since the beginning of this decade, the Maserati brand has been grappling with a total renewal of the range, now dedicated to a push towards electrification: all the company’s models include a full electric Folgore variant, already available or on the way. A courageous choice, since it is not supported by intermediate options: outside of the BEVs, the electrification of the Trident is represented solely by a 48-volt mild hybrid system applied to the 2.0-liter four-cylinder. Plug-in versions, offered by other luxury brands, are therefore missing, but not the emotion: the V6 Nettuno, not electrified, it is an engineering masterpiece.
