New tailpipes. The only detail that would seem to be different from the prototypes previously spotted is found in the lower part of the rear bumper: this forklift, in fact, is characterized by four circular tailpipes, while the other examples had only two square-shaped. This could indicate that this Grecale in particular is the sportier version, perhaps the Trophy, which could be powered by the new engine brought to its debut by the MC20: the V6 twin-turbo Nettuno. If confirmed, this variant should be positioned at the top of the range, above the hypothetical electrified engines: the latter should consist of the four-cylinder 2.0 turbo mild hybrid already seen on Ghibli e Levante, but it cannot be ruled out that Maserati may have further evolved this engine to offer it also in a plug-in hybrid version. Furthermore, it seems that the Modena manufacturer also intends to offer a 100% electric variant of the Grecale, which should arrive on the market only at a later time.
