The Italian car manufacturer Maserati has returned the GranCabrio model to its offer, setting a price of slightly more than 230 thousand euros for the open version of the four-seater GranTurismo coupe.
Compared to the GranTurismo, the open model will be heavier, more expensive and, at least initially, only available in the powerful Trofeo modification. A six-cylinder twinturbo gasoline engine with a working volume of three liters is built under the hood. It develops 550 hp and 650 Nm, working in combination with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, providing acceleration to a hundred in 3.6 seconds and a maximum speed of 315 km/h.
The four-seater convertible’s fabric roof folds behind the seats in 14 seconds at the push of a button on the central display, and it can also be done at speeds of up to 50 km/h. The roof buyer can choose from five available color options. The cabin also has a 12.2-inch screen for the driver, a 12.3-inch screen for the multimedia system, and an 8.8-inch display for the climate control functions.
The Maserati Gran Cabrio comes standard with a three-stage neck heater, but as an option, there is also a wind deflector used to ensure a comfortable ride for two.
It is known that the new Maserati will cost 231,015 euros in Germany.
