In 2018, a game was released on PS4 that is considered by many to be one of the best superhero games ever, namely Marvel’s Spider-Man. After the launch, rumors surfaced here and there about a possible sequel that would take place in the winter. Flashforward to the PS5 reveal event. Here was Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales announced. A standalone game set in the Marvel’s Spider-man universe. And that’s not all, Miles Morales became a launch title for the PS5. And since the PS5 is almost within reach, so is Miles Morales. Daan and Koos played it and can now finally experience the real Next-Gen feeling. How did they like the game? Changing of the guards
In Marvel’s Spider-Man, there was only a small part for Miles. Like Mary-Jane, he would be used for stealth missions. For a number of people, these moments were among the game’s weakest points. Which in itself is understandable, since one moment you are lying around in New York, and then you have to crawl around again with Miles. Is Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales the first real Next-Gen game?
